PSA, Important Brownie Baking Tip!
I have an important Brownie PSA: Our Fudge brownie mix (vegan) needs to be baked in a metal pan. It does say this on the back of the package, but I wanted to share it again. I’m not sure why, but the brownies bake up completely different in metal versus glass. Trust me on this, metal pans are the way to go!
Our white cake mix can be baked in both glass and metal. It’s even great baked in silicone pans
My favorite metal pan for baking the brownies is from USA Pans, specifically this one. I have four of them that I use every time I bake brownies.
